North County Aikikai is a member of Birankai North America, an association
of Aikido dojos founded by T.K. Chiba Shihan. Our body of Aikido practitioners
is committed to the pursuit of the art; forged by rigorous training and tempered
by mutual respect.
We work to maintain a healthy, stable community which preserves the
technical and ethical principles of O'Sensei-- transmitted through
Chiba Shihan--and to carry on this tradition to future generations.
Through Birankai, North County Aikikai is affiliated with the Aikikai Foundation,
