8/23/2009 - Youth Summer Workshop
A special, one day summer workshop for our junior students was held Sunday August 23, 2009 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.  It included a weapons class in the park with Coryl Crane Sensei, special activities with Kevin Liu Sensei, and a class with Nathan Burd.

8/16/2009 - Community News
Our very good wishes as well as gifts were showered upon Sara Nishi at a goodbye party this past Sunday, August 16.  She has left the dojo to continue her education at UC Berkeley.  We will all miss her.
